Training Camp 1 entries are now open
The road to JWOC 2027 begins in the forests and towns of Lower Silesia.
We are happy to announce that entries for Training Camp 1 are now officially open. Taking place immediately after Sudety Cup 2026, the camp will offer six organized training sessions prepared specifically with JWOC 2027 in mind — including both forest and sprint terrains.
For many athletes, this will be the very first opportunity to experience terrain that still remains one of the biggest unknowns ahead of JWOC 2027. The technical forests of Kotlina Kłodzka, demanding route choices and varied sprint environments will give teams an early chance to better understand the character of the upcoming championships.
Most of the trainings have been planned by the JWOC 2027 course setters themselves, providing a realistic introduction to the mapping style, terrain interpretation and racing philosophy that competitors can expect during the championships.
Training Camp 1 will take place from 3–5 August 2026 and includes two organized sessions per day.
We strongly encourage teams to combine the camp with participation in Sudety Cup 2026, creating a full week of high-quality preparation in terrains closely related to JWOC 2027.
